Hi, I’m Sam—licensed nurse, professional hairstylist, cosmetologist, and the clinical vision behind Glow Formula Co.

In nursing, I developed an intimate mastery of the integumentary system: the body’s largest organ and its most elegant defense. I studied barrier integrity, pH dynamics, microbiome harmony, and the cellular pathways that govern repair, regeneration, and resilience. That clinical foundation became the non-negotiable standard I brought into skincare: every formula must respect and elevate the skin’s innate intelligence, delivering measurable, lasting transformation rather than temporary illusion.

As a licensed hairstylist and cosmetologist trained alongside elite colorists and makeup artists, I learned to sculpt light itself—how undertones shift, how texture catches illumination, how finish performs under brutal lighting and high-definition lenses.
